Bing Cashback – Thumbs Up or Down?

The Bing Cashback program is supposed to help buyers save… Have you? Please sound off, we would like to hear your comments. Bing states that all you have to do is search for the item you would like to buy using its search engine, which lists the cashback savings. Click on the best deal and to not worry even if don’t see the cashback symbol because the customer will receive an email (Email is required when signing up for the first time) confirming the cashback. And, last but not least, you can request your cashback 60 days after making the purchase.

There has been a mix of reactions with Bing Cashback program and we would like to know your experience... if you have used.

We appreciate it and thank you for comments!

  1. I have used bing cashback on numerous occasions, but the only three times I was denied was for big-ticket items with large cashbacks. Coincidence?

They were quick to respond to my initial support emails, but then ignored all subsequent emails.

Stay away from Bing cashback. The program has terrible customer service, and, in my opinion, is fraudulent.

  2. Microsoft initially denied my cashback b/c they couldn't find the "Transaction ID" and simply blamed me for the problem. Their reps didn't bother to fully read my emails as their responses were canned. After six emails they decided to grant me a "one-time offer based on the information that you have provided".

I will never use Bing again
